I’m 23 & I have a week and half eating 2,000 calories. Last year I ate 700 calories was sick underweight due to anxiety making me choke on food. My body is first pic is too skinny no perky butt no thick arms, what home workouts I need do? What food I’m supposed eat to get thick arms and perky butt thick legs like the two girls in 2-3rd pics? I have only 5lb dumbbell & resistance band.
i only been doing squats with my dumbbell so far every other day & calf raises with my dumbbell. That’s it. gyms are closed. Not say I look fine as I look like 12year old. My jeans don’t fit. I’m not even 100 lbs. it’s like the fatty foods I eat gets sucked into my body.
you can't really gain weight like that in only certain places, if you do gain weight, your going to end up looking fat and looks like your already at the mid healthy weight range... so 10 more lbs you'll look chubby probs...
you can grow your peach, hips, arms, exc.. just with muscle. thats how the girls in the pics probs did. thats the only way you can get that slim thick bod or else you'll just be 'thick'
just get yourself a gym memb or by a mat, kettlebells & weights, maybe a band too and google targeted exercises from reliable sources. keep at it, and you'll see results
Some users already gave you good pointers. -diet: you should have a good input of the needed nutrients. The diet is as important as the workout if not even more. You need to eat clean and balanced meals. -exercise: to get thicker legs and butt you need heavier weights. With the equipment you have, you will only be able to tone your body, you won't gain more muscle mass. -finally you already look great. You definitely don't look like a 12 year old. When you do start with heavier weights, it's going to be a long process. You need to be patient and just enjoy the ride.

I think you're pretty harsh on yourself.
You have a nice body.
There's plenty of challenging no equipment workouts on youtube. Especially the ones that are directed to women which are seemingly almost entirely focused on leg and bum workouts. Interesting the contrast between men and women as for men it's the opposite usually.
Most of all you probably need a calorie surplus of sorts.

Keep eating, but make sure it's the right type of calories. Protein for muscle growth as well as some fats and carbs. Do some bodyweight exercises. Try squats as they're good for your legs. There's lots of different type of squats. Leg raises and other exercises are good for legs too. I'd do some push ups too for your arms. You can do them down on your knees and just push up your chest. Those can all be done at home and it sounds like you've made a great start. Don't go too mad to begin with though. Nice and slow and build up strength. Keep working on the calories and exercise and you'll put on the right type of pounds. Good luck!
start eating like you want your body to be the best! You have agreat frame to work with. you HAVE to start eating more. You won't be fat. post some more pics, ask the guys when you think ur getting 'too fat'. just trust yourself. eat some more. you can do it!
I don't mean to brag but my butt is pretty firm. But I honestly have no idea how I got it. Lunges I guess a lot of lunges, running up hill, squatting, sit ups, leg exercises, a lot of exercise. If I shave my legs they'd look glorious, but I wouldn't be able to afford that many razors.

You don't look like a 12 year old at all. You look like a grown woman to me.

I think that you should increase your caloric in take to 2500. I would recommend minimal weights as your body already looks pretty good, but focus on squats and lunges for your butt. Normal dumbbell workouts (I don't know what they are called) should be good for your arms.

I don't know. You have a nice body though. I think you'd have to do heavy weights to look like the bottom pics
You do look fine. Honestly women are their own worst enemy these days.

You need to consider more than just calories. You need specific nutrients like proteins, vitamins, etc.. without a balance your body gets thrown off same with if you have too much of one nutrient. You'll also need to work out.
