I agree with protecting your arms. Might I recommend a heat sleeve (see link). Also since there is no visible open wound skip the tea tree oil bull shit for disinfecting. Those scratches are just superficial and will not likely disappear over night but with time and exfoliating the area they will fade. Also it looks like you tan easy so you might want to apply sunscreen if outside because those scratches with hyperpigment and turn darker thus taking longer to disappear. Arm Sleeve

Use an antibiotic ointment on the scratches three times per day until they start to fade.

That’s a thick forearm from jerkin off all the time.
work, the glass is heavy and long sometimes so to carry it you have to use your arms and well yesterday i was moved to the bigger glass section so ill have to use my arm constantly and well I don't know how that will end so i wanna get rid of them asap
oh yea and im the one that lifts the glass and take them to different departments and move them around to different rackets to keep them organized so the guys with the forklift can organize the crates
so yea long story short the glass comes in different shapes and sizes, the recommended way to carry the glass is using your arm as well as the glass is long and heavy

Hmm I understand. but you are young why are you working in this job? why don't you go to a school
cause i made a big fuck up when i was younger and didn't take school seriously and the opportunity popped up so i took it, its good tho, i like the job, first i got a source of income that isn't risking my life, well as much as i did, got health benefits, pto on holidays, cool coworkers, helps lose weight, works onmy muscles and well yea, i dont mind lifting shit, so im pretty blessed no lie
paid time off, its when you get paid to not go to work, for example on Christmas vacation, i have pto, i get paid to sit at home and celebrate Christmas lol
