So at the gym I squatted 75 lbs got looks from girls and guys because I am a big guy I am 6 foot 1 inch and 170 lbs I just have a rotator cuff injury healing. I can now bench back to two 25 on Both sides of the bar so 100+45. I’m just being careful. What do y’all recommend because I’m gonna start squatting 45s again it was about a month to 2 ago my rotater cuff injury.
I am also 20 years old :)
