What is your fitness regimen and why do you do it?

I mainly stick to weightlifting and martial arts training. I have put in some cardiovascular training for all around health. For me, weight lifting is more of a mental release. When I get home from work the first thing I do is change my clothes and hit the weights. It doesn't matter how tough the day was, I get after it. It makes me feel so much better. It has also obviously transformed my body into something beautiful.

I've been training in martial arts for almost six years now. I wanted to do martial arts when I was younger, but my family was poor. Anyways, once I started I was hooked. It has given me so much more than physical power. It has given me more confidence, self control and discipline. So what does your fitness regimen look like and what are your reasons for doing it?
