Sounds like you had reason to be upset today. My day was just shitty but not due to anything that happened. Just woke up on the wrong side of the bed
It might be built up tension from unaddressed needs and desires in previous days and weeks or even unresolved disappointment and anger and the reason I say that is I tend to get bitter towards my dad if he asks me to do too many chores when I’m sleep deprived and he has no idea why I’m angry because I never told him I did not sleep properly the day before, I remember in high school, I tended to blow up any time somebody approached me after a sleep deprived evening.
