My parents both had their vaccines today and they had no side effects whatsoever so it’s best to hope for no side effects cause you might have nothing to worry about.

It seems safe for the general population. But if it's safe for you, this is something you have to assess with your doctor - based on your age, allergies background, health issues etc. The benefits have to outweigh the possible risks.
