i meant to say "you can do fat and proteines"*** but don't overdo proteines, cause that washes calcium out of your body.

I also didn't go hardcore low carb. I would eat some beans and fruits here and there. I'd average low carb intake but I was sorta cycling.
I didn't precisely measure during that time (have done before to get a feel for it) but I'd estimate something like 50-150g carb, 150-250g protein, and 50-100g fat... and average of around 2000-2500kcal/day.
And average carb might have only been like 80g, although I'd sometimes eat as much as 150g, but most days I'd be eating like 50g.
I went as long as I could each day without eating and in early afternoon when I was hungry I'd eat one salad. Then when I was hungry that evening I'd eat another salad.I'd drink a half gallon of water and tea. Most importantly I stopped drinking any alcohol... which I don't like doing. But I lost 20 lbs in about 5 weeks. And then I got covid and when it passed I was so hungry... I gained about 19 lbs again over the next month.I'll go back to 2 salads and no beer again for the month of June.
U got covid? 😮😯 wow how was that like. Glad you pulled through!
Just 5 days of high temperatures.
My sense of smell and taste are still intact...😉
