I wonder if I can eat whatever I want and loose weight?

I am on a calorie deficit. I eat around 1600 and burn 400. i eat healthy. normal. today i will be drinking two bottles (already planned it) and i counted the calories too. will i gain weight or will i still continue to lose?




i noticed that yesterday when i woke up i weighed less but but i was very dehydrated. i woke up today and weighed myself and i was an ib heavier so im kinda disappointed given that i counted my calories and ate about the same…. did i gain weight? i did also eat a lot of packaged food but i stayed within the calories goal…


today i ate a banana and a grilled cheese and matcha. all was 600 calories. i won't eat until a couple of hours so ill have my 3 eggs and 3 whites plus my protein powder mixer. 70 cals it is.
then my two bottles of alcohol i am planning on taking.
again i will hit 1600 and I've already burned the 400 walking so..
I wonder if I can eat whatever I want and loose weight?
