How to get rid of a flat bum?

Reading online it’s always saying to walk more and do squats…. the thing is I have a physically demanding job where I am on my feet all day and I ride horses for a living too (which as riders will know requires squat power).
Does anyone have any tips apart from those mentioned above that could help me get some shape behind me? I’m not skinny so it’s not that I’m lacking shape overall, i’m just trying to target it to go to my behind! 😅
