Do you sleep better in the summer or in the winter?

I noticed with the change in temperature as it’s cooling down that I sleep much better without waking up in the middle of the night when it’s colder.

Having the window open to let in the cold air, while being bundled up to my chest with my arms and head exposed to the cold air strikes the perfect balance. For 80% of my body is tucked underneath the sheets remaining warm while the parts of my body that is exposed to the cold air prevents me from overheating and breaking a sweat
