our dinner Christmas Eve:
This year-cranberry orange glazed Cornish hens, bourbon glazed carrots, and bacon Apple cider brussel sprouts...

And we do a big Christmas brunch Christmas day after open gifts: egg casserole, French toast bake, sausage balls, ham, fresh fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries) croissants, cherry chocolate chip bread and cranberry orange muffins
