No, even if most of the stuff (smartphones, shoes, clothes, electronics, toys,...) are made in china (or east asia) the workers there are paid so poorly only ~1% of the money goes towards them.

Most of the money goes to people like Jeff Bezos, who are already so rich they measure their wealth in billions and millions. And earn more when taking a shit, than their employees in their lifetime.
