So what would your ideal workout be?
@AndrewMG It depends on my mood. Like today I did a full upper body workout with weights (chest press, chest flies, overhead press, push ups, etc...), along with cardio mixed in to keep my heartrate up! So I'm somewhat of a HIIT/tabata fan: weights, with cardio mixed in to burn more calories.
Awesome! So good upper body workouts aswell as I'm guessing good lower body strength!, basically a challenge in a playfight lol
@AndrewMG Oh gah I hate leg day with a passion! LOL. Though I do love running, I hit it all: upper and lower body. Though I really need to work on my abs :|And yes! I love play fighting/wrestling! I haven't done it in years but I definitely love horsing around with anyone that can keep up with me
