This wasn't a changing room, but me and my friend went into a bathroom once that looked like a one person bathroom ( it had a lock, one sink, etc) but had two toilets right next to each other.

I've seen one with just drapes which doesn't seem to give much privacy but I like the ones that have the door more privacy and security.
