I mean it doesn't have to be new, I've never "bought" a car from a dealership. I've bought them off like OfferUp and craigslist mainly. So I have no experience. My credit is pretty much non existent aside from this phone I owed like 480 dollars on years ago. So my only credit is bad credit. I don't really care what car it is, id prefer something newer like 2010 and up. I just want to deliver pizza door dash Uber and Lyft in it to make extra cash, figured it'll pay for itself and then some and I won't have to drive my pile of trash annoying garbage can anymore
Thats why i suggested you get a used car. My first car i bought off of a loan was used, i paid 50% down and paid a high interest rate, But it was reported to my credit, It drastically improved my credit. Something else to consider is getting a secured credit card from Capital one, 24% interest, 500 dollar limit, But it graduates, and they return your deposit after a year of responsible use. Also work with your bank to improve your credit. I have a credit union that helped me a lot. Most importantly be patient. Oh and a 2010 Ford focus (very reliable) runs on average 4 to 6k.. my wife has been driving one since it was new.
Uh wrongo you are. My brother offered to co sign on it. And so did my father. I know you're probably small minded and see bad credit and immediately think DEBT, but wrongo you are again. The only bad credit I have is a phone I never paid off years and years ago, it also happens to be pretty much my only reported credit. If I want something, I typically save for it and buy it. I have no credit cards etc. I've held the same job for nearly 5 years and live on my own in my own home (I bought) after saving 4 years for it. And I'm not trying to save for years and years to buy something like a vehicle. The vehicles gonna be used to make me money, Uber door dash Lyft delivering pizza when I'm not working my regular job. So it'll pay for itself and then some. So judge me some more "anonymous"
You do realize you can get a car that's virtually the same but a bit older for less than half the price, right?

I'm not poor? And the only debt I've ever had is not fully paying off a cellphone. And I'm not looking for a "cool car" a Toyota Camry isn't exactly and ego boost idiot.
Why the hell would you pay 30k for a toyota camry? Or any other car? Anything in the 5-10k range is more than enough.
Buying close to new cars is a waste of money, they devaluate faster than anything, by the time you pay off that 35k car it will be worth 15 at most.
I'm gonna Uber in it and Lyft and door dash. Tired of used shitboxes like the one I have no that breaks every other month
How much do they want down, like half?
Well it depends, with good credit and some assets dealers will offer 0 downWith bad credit and nothing to back the loan they probably just won’t approve it
Well, I don't know what my credit is, cause when I checked, It told me there's nothing to report. The only real credit I have is bad credit from when I didn't pay a phone off in 2016 or 2017. So I'm guessing my credit is low 500 maybe 400
Well yeah, if your only credit history is bad nobody is gonna approve anything
can't be hard to fix though. Get a secured card and just buy everything on that for awhile right?
I did lie to these people tho, I wanted a cool car, not for "my ego" but because it's my dream car and I'm getting impatient. Been working hard for awhile and only managed to save little over 4 grand. Think I'm just gonna wait on it.
Yeah you definitely can fix it, just takes a bit of timeI totally get that, but unfortunately dreams don’t always work out right away
I'm mildly retarded but what lender? The car dealership? I'm not gonna get a loan I just want to give them what I saved.
If you're financing, you're getting a loan. You can ask whoever you want. Dealers don't finance; they use a 3rd party
So I need buy here pay here then
