It is legal not to wear a bra , what are you talking about?
Have you been to the UK? These older British women hardly wearing it.

Bras are ok, they gave a shape to bigger breast. Your nipple is not touching the clothes you're wearing. Mine is sensitive, I'd be aroused all the time.
