Maybe... But I would need to know they're profitable and that it's already setup with everything so like suppliers and logistics.

I wouldn't want to buy someone's screw up or mess and have to redo everything. Cause what's the point of paying extra for a business that's going down? You might as well start a brand new one yourself.
