Yes, I ordered this thin back in August and it is supposed to show up in a couple of weeks.
Maybe we should get into the business? Sounds like business is good with long waiting lists. 😬
The manufacturer could not get aluminum. President Trump had import tariffs on China so it is taking US factories a while to ramp up production. I have a big pile in my backyard waiting for the trailer to show up.
Yeah, I keep having to pay for motorcycle transport when I need a service I can’t do myself. Trickle down irritations.
Yes, I use the trailer mostly for going to the dump but if I have to bring my lawnmower in for service.
They are handy.

are you sure you are only 26?
I have some distant family in Mexico, I am half latino you know. How old do I sound to you? I've been through hell and back in my life, probably makes me seem older.
@Aerissa_Jade you just seem too s, mart to be 26. This is meant in a good Way
Yes, you have to do a little research to find out who is a fake. I bought a t-shirt made by one of these veterans owned companies. It said the shirt was made in USA. It was expensive but you expect to pay a little more then you buy American. It is usually worth it because it is a better product. When I got it the label said it was made in Jordan. When I called to complain I was told that he shirt was screen printed in the USA. I told them it was misleading and don't expect to ever hear from me again.
And yes it does matter. Every dollar you spend with an American company has a multiplier effect. The people working in the factory can buy a new refrigerator from an American company where their workers can invest in a new factory and hire more people who spend money on goods and services. It has been calculated that one dollar spent here will end up being over 3 dollars after this multiplier effect happens. If you buy it from China or Japan the money goes overseas and nobody ever sees it again until the Chinese come over here and buy a bunch of skyscrapers.
yeah... I was born in a slightly different world...one in which many if not most "USA Made" electronics and appliances, vehicles and what not are just assembled in the USA, but they are actually made in Mexicoand I know that very well because I live here in the borderso I cannot really have this "sense of patriotic loyalty" to any big company because all of them are exploiting someone or something, somewhere... somehow... and so on
It only helps Americans when you buy locally manufactured goods.
To be fair the product would say "Made in England" not the UK.
Was it a trampoline?
@jaybee281 lmao no. I haven't had one of those since i was a kid. It was a dvd from Target
@DizzyDesii ohh okay I thought it was a trampoline because you know, Mexicans and jumping. I thought they made a new tactic to get in the usa so the government's way to keep them out was to buy all their trampolines - Now that my theory has been disproven and therefore atrociously racist - Let's get back you - does dvd stand for dopamine viagra drugs? I mean I have to give Mexicans the benefit of the doubt at all times right?
@jaybee281 yea this stereotyping shit really ain't cute. Or was this a failed attempt at trolling
@DizzyDesii I'm sorry for not being cute😓😓 - I still think it's really funny though
forgot you live i Canada. Yes Canada is okay too,
I went looking for a new pair of jeans a while back. Closest I could find to made in N. A. was made in Mexico.
Yes, n0 more made in USA jeans. Even Carhartt is made offshore. I worked in Cincinnati for a few weeks and we stayed in Florence KY across the street from a Levis factory. I bought a whole bunch of jeans from the factory store for ten bucks a piece. I didin;t have to buy jeans for almost 20 years.
I bought a new snowblower and I went to a real lawn mower place and not home depot. I looked at the Ariens because my old one was made by them and it was 18 years old and just died. There was a big Made in USA sticker on it. I kept asking the sales guy about the engine and finally got it out of him that yes indeed the engine was made in china. I went with the Simplicity with a Briggs engine instead. It was more money but it is a beast.
no, if you do some research you can still find products made in USA. I just bought a pair of boots made in America and New Balance makes shoes Made in USA. Yes there are companies that will put the label on a product to mislead the public. President Trump was trying to put a stop to this practice.
Now you’re delirious.
I have visited the New Balance factory a few times, I did not dream that part.
A 1/4 of their sneakers are made here. Hey that’s still pretty good.www.popularmechanics.com/.../
yes, you have to pay attention to the model but they really are made here and thay are way better than any piece of junk you get from China.
A quarter of their production doesn’t make it made in America. But they have more right to use it than Apple.
If the show you buy is really made in an American factory then that is good enough for me. They really create the show here and not just put the shoelaces on them like some companies tried to get away with.
How can you tell where your shoe is made? And what if the sole, laces and cushion are made in China and assembled here? I’m not trying to down New Balance. I appreciate the 1/4 they keep here. And I can also appreciate the rising cost of labor and consumers wanting to pay less and less for products. It’s a complex system. There are no heroes and villains.
No but there are winners and losers. When too many of our fellow citizens end up on welfare we all lose.
True, and lack of education is the biggest variable.
that and lack of opportunities.
funny that opportunities are ten fold if you have an education.
you should try to support your own economy.
@exitseven. I do agree with you. Do you have any suggestions?
@Jamie05rhs I always do research on major purchases to see if I can find a locally sourced product. I just bought a pair of boots made in USA. I paid more for them but will have them for 30 years. Both my lawn mower and snow blower are made in USA. You have to make sure the engine is made in USA as well. If a product is really cheap, even though it says made in USA if you look at it up close you will probably find that it really isn't.
Okay. Is there a central website you can go to to check on a particular product?
I don;t know about that. Gooogle "Made in USA" and you will fond several sites that will have American made products.
