Boy Meets World
Kenan and Kel
Are You Afraid of the Dark
Sailor Moon
Sabrina the Teenage Witch
Hey Arnold
WISHBONE. I just remembered that one. That was the best show ever. I know more about classic literature from that show than I do from 20 years of school.
I'm adding more:
As the World Turns (My mom decided it was a bad idea to let me watch soap operas when i asked her to record it while I was at school)
Sally Jessie Raphael (talk show)
Leeza (talk show)
Jenny Jones (talk show)
Captain Planet
Batman the Animated Series
(I watched entirely too much TV)
I also had this odd obsession with watching 20/20 every Friday . There was another show too that I watched all the time with my mom, Picket Fences I think it was called. I really liked it but the things I remember, I realize I never should have watched that show as a young child. There is a particular series of episodes where characters are killed by being placed in chest freezers. It's been 20 years and I still get nervous that someone will come up behind me and shove me in when I'm reaching for something in the freezer.

My sisters and I are all adults and still send each other random Arthur quotes. It also isn't unusual for us to text each other to let them know a particularly favorite episode is on when one of us happens to catch it on PBS. The one where DW swears is a definite must-see.
I know its still a good show I don't know if its still on netflix but i would let my niece and nephew watch it and the love it too.
Potsie was nice, but, I love ralph Malph lol- when he and richie left the show, it killed it
another show i loved was the Practice and its spin off Boston Legal
