Give me a must have song for a road trip?

It's almost that time of the year for me, my dog, and a friend to make the trip back to the midwest from California by car. We are putting together playlists, and have about 100 songs so far but I need some inspiration.

If you were going to be in a car for three days what song (s) would be a MUST?
