I lift weights most days I have break days between 3 months from now should i be a good size like my arms a little bigger?

You'll see a little effect in 3 months. The first phase is hard because your body is geting used to it. But if you compare now and in 7 months, that will be a great change. But also if you're 16, going too hard in the gym is a bad idea, as your body is still developing.1
