What should I eat today?

The thing im on my kitchen and i dont want to do anything unhealthy... and thats actually really wierd!!
so can anyone recomend me something to eat?

  • For breakfast I usually have a cinnamon oatmeal and mashup a banana inside.

    Snack? apple slices dipped in peanut butter

    Lunch? A sandwhich (whole wheat bread, cheese, turkey, lettuce, tomato etc)

    Snack? Yogurt and a pear. Or make a smoothie :)

    Dinner? Baked chicken, grilled asparagus, brown rice or a salad.
