I feel like shit. What should I do?

I feel like shit. I'm not sick, just depressed for no reason. I don't even have any negative thoughts or self esteem issues. I just feel bad and don't want to do anything.

I'll probably feel better tomorrow, but what should I do to get over today?

  • Find something fun and relaxing to do to take your mind off it. Or since you don't want to do anything, take a nap or strike up a conversation with a friend on the importance of bubble gum or something weird like that that'll make you laugh.
