Can anyone tell me after how many Kilometers do you change your cars Engine Oil? And has anyone here used Eneos Sustina 5W30?

2010 Camaro, I use Mobil One 5W30. Change it at about 8000km.

  Oh, I thought that synthetic were supposed to last from 10,000km to 15000km
  I use semi synthetic GTX Magnetec 10W40 and change it after 6000km-7500km

  Oil is cheap. I never leave it in for too long. I don't drive it much, just a car for fun, so it is more about the age of the oil anyway.
