  • No. There are exceptions to every saying and there are people who unfortunately have strong psychological wounds that will never heal. I feel deep empathy for those that are abused or who experience the horrors of war.

  • Some are saying that it does. Some say no, that they last forever. Some times a wound can get worse over time and you could die because of it. It's up to how strong you are and if you have the right treatment.

  • Depends. A bullet in the head? Nah, times not healing that wound. A paper cut or emotional wound, probably with time

  • Kinda, personally I feel like it doesn't really heal but with time you learn to live with it and manage the pain and all

  • I don't certainly know, most do but not really all wounds do. The important thing is that the heart in the picture has a really weird tiny bum that is hypnotizing

  • No. It doesn't heal all wounds. Physical wounds, sure. But spiritual wounds? Emotional, mental and psychological wounds? Only God can do that, and that is only if you let him. The key here is willing to let go and let the healing come forth. It won't happen if you don't give the time to heal. To heal or not to heal is choice.

  • No. It only develops a longer window in which the individual can develop different coping mechanisms to continue his or her life as normally as possible from any one particular trauma. The greater the trauma, the longer time required in my experience.

  • Over time you can look back on things rationally. Reason being is that emotions are temporary and impulsive, hard facts aren’t. So that gives you more clarity on the decisions you did or didn’t make and how someone else impacted you.

    • I’ve actually hated some people more over time. Especially the ones that manipulated me.

  • The phrase is meant to be loaded and circumstancial. It was never intended to be expressed when somebody is falling face first into lava.

  • Must've Never Met You
    Luke Combs

    Just pick yourself up
    Dust yourself off
They say it ain't that hard
    But just puttin' one foot
    In front of the other
    Ain't gettin' me too far
This movin' on ain't comin' along
The way they said it would

I guess whoever said the grass is greener
Must have never seen the other side
What don't kill you makes you stronger
    Sure sounds like a lie
And whoever said that time heals everything
    And everything will be alright?
Whoever said it ain't the end of the world
    You can find somebody new
    Must've never met you

    Must've never heard you say
    You'd never leave me
    Then watch you walk away
Must've never fell as hard as I did
    'Cause then they wouldn't say
Maybe we weren't meant to be
And maybe you're better off alone

  • Heal as in a “cure”? No. I think you learn how to manage things overtime. I suppose its all about coping.
