I like to go to the beach for most of a day. Set up a beach umbrella and a beach chair, watch the water, waves, sand and activity. Also, read a book, walk along the beach, and swim. There are occasional shark attacks along the coast, but the reality is, driving to the beach is more dangerous than being there.

During my teenage years I just listen to music and got high off my ass. I don't do that anymore and now days I just do things with friends, boyfriend, or I spend time with my cat. Sometimes I just sleep

Each time I went into 'protest mode' I grew a provocative moustache. Mom told me - I wasn't aware.When I WANT to escape... I will just pack my bags and shift position.I escaped my 'home' countryI escaped much of my 'home' cultureI keep escaping social pressuresI escaped a number of girlfriendsIt's not running away from things, but rather changing course and keep moving instead of getting stuck in a dead end.
Take some time for self care. Exercise, get plenty of sleep, eat food that's good for you, meditate or do yoga.Find a purpose for your life. Go volunteer at an animal shelter or homeless shelter. Tutor some child struggling in a subject you're good at.Clean your room. Make your bed every day. Rearrange the furniture or get new bedding. Refresh.
If you can't physically escape you can only mentally escape...Its not for everyone but a couple of shots of liquor or a couple of puffs of cannabis honesty does the trick lol...if you are rich id say just take a vacation...
I play music, talk to my best friend, read the Bible, eat, sleep. And wake up the next morning with no memories of the previous day's hardships 😊
I watched a movie at the theater recently and it worked like magic. Also going on long walks and journaling helps too

What made you change your mind
I realised that one day I will die and no matter what happens that day will come so why not try to make the best of life while I am alive. Now, best is a subjective word. What I like, you might not. What are you asking?
That's a nice philosophy on life. But what if you can't make the best of life? What if everything's already kind of fucked?
Keep on trying. Why are you afraid if you have nothing to lose? You are nothing and at the same time, you're something and at the same time you're everything. You are what you make of yourself.

You should try Yoga (Dhyan (meditation) and Asana (physics exercises)).
Write about it. You like to write put it on paper get it out of your head. Check into a hospital for a 72 hr. Stay.
I loved to read. It was a great way to escape, and still is for that matter.
I usually just keep going until I’m burnt out that I feel physically sick and at that point my roommate usually makes me take a nap or take a weekend with her to make me feel better
Waste time on gag. Listen to audiobooks. And clean.
Realize this is your life and your living it. And for everything you do there are repercussions, so don't do something stupid you'll regret.Having said that it is also your life and you can change it at moment, for the better.
Realise that there is no escape and just accept this is how my life is and try to continue day by day
That's were I am now basically change up scenery meditate write find a new hobby take a vacation. Go to a spa. Change your hair. Go shopping.
Focus on your interests and on other things which make you happy. What you're going through at the moment is a temporary problem; with time it'll get better.
Vacation, roadtrip, shopping, going to spa or simply sleeping to wake up feeling more refresh.
Find something to laugh about. I mean laugh hard. Nothing helps refresh you like that.
Drink alcohol, but you should start meditating, and exercise, ironically exercise is very good for stress and depression.
