Did you worry that they were hurt by you moving away at an early age? Good a time as any for psychoanalysis. Lol
@SydneySentinel I was joking about psychoanalysis but that question just unlocked a memory of the first time I visited my family after leaving home, I remember my Mum being proud I was independent but almost upset that I was becoming self reliant/not missing home as much as I should, it's a mothering instinct to always want to protect their children, and I probably did feel a lot of guilt that I was becoming more self dependent and not understanding why that would affect people close to me. That's a bit deep for now! lol
Thanks for MHO and making me think a little! lol
@SydneySentinel: Thank you for the other MHGirl. :)
Thanks for mho

That's out of the question right now, unfortunately.
Not even a solo event? :) :) :)
Solo events occur as part of my nightly routine already.
I'm with you on that. 😞
And that doesn't help you sleep?
It usually helps me to fall asleep but it's not a restful sleep.
Is there a persistent issue that keeps you awake at night? Feel free to PM me if you would prefer to discuss this in private.
I recommend not to drink tea! Only the green tea, the ones where the teabags have not been bleached.Drink should not be consumed after 2pm, if you are looking for a decent nights sleep.I always try go to bed an hour or so before i normally do, no tv, my browse a little bit, but other than that. Close my eyes, and put relaxing music on. 🤜🤛
@KieranByrne I agree, no tea at night. My last liquid intake is always before 8pm daily, after dinner. So I can sleep through the night. I love Aveda's herbal tea... really really soothing, relaxing... its like being in a spa with soft music on. My main drinks are 20 oz morning tea with sugar and cream (my morning drug :) while driving to work. The rest... all water...When I want to relax, l listen to soft music, meditate, I drink green tea or Avedas "spa" tea. Its really calming. Thats a really healthy habit. :)Why not after 2PM?I am teaching my own children to do the same... NO TV!!! no artificial food/drinks at all in my house.
I like how you are teaching your own children not to use the tv before/during bedtime.Sounds like a really healthy lifestyle, being tea were a drink i were brought up on. My family never cared what we ate or drank, consumption were the way forward! It is recommended not to drink tea after 2pm, as the tea/caffeine contents will still be in the system during bedtime, whereas drinking water throughout after that time will give chance for your system to flush the system through."Avedas", thank you, never heard of until now!Have been putting my body through 'ketosis' regularly and have small amounts of something, or someone puts sugar with food or drink without acknowledging i cut it out!
Thank you ❤❤
I'm having bad memories about my mom's death and they're slipping into my dreams. Do you mean some kind of forgiveness there?
No, sorry. When you said bad memories i thought you were alluding to someone who wro nged you in the past. But i do think the remedy is close to the same. You clearly have anxiety that is manifesting itself in dream form. You have to determine what that is ( you probably already know) and work tbrough that.
Like grills or grillz?
Teasing tooBut my personal teaser is no longer here
Maybe a new one?
That's what I do too.
Wtf that's the worst advice ever! Don't mess with meds, they'll really mess you up, you should only take them under a doctor's prescription!I'd suggest you stop doing that before you get addicted and that's where shit hits the fan, please be careful and look after yourself.
@Syrian_survivor I'm not advising she does it. I'm saying what I do.
And I'm advising you to stay away from that because it can escalate to mess up your whole life and make it a terrible place, I'm not exaggerating, take me advice or don't, I know from experience that it's the right thing to do.
ahaha... I am actually listening to similar while doing my report cards... helps me focus
Hows that working out for your health and economy?
How is that in any way related to the question?
Who said it was or has to be?
To answer your question, its working out great for both. See I'm not a dope head although you judged me as me being just that. Only time I smoke is when I have a migraine or can't sleep. I'm in no way a recreational user of marijuana. So you sir can basically go fuck yourself.
Tf is your problem? I guess you forgot you said "a bowl". Keep trying kiwis
