You ever accidentally stepped on your dogs paws?

I used to do that at least 1-4 times a year cause my dog was quiet when he approached me so I wouldn’t know he was there unless I intentionally looked down and I don’t do that when I’m walking in the home since since I know where everything is - he died a week before Valentine’s Day in 2016

I've never owned a dog but my cats have the annoying habit to lie down between or close to my feet when I'm standing somewhere. I'm glad that I didn't actually stepped with my full weight on one of them 🤦‍♀️
