What is the easiest thing to give advice on, but the hardest thing to do when you're in that situation yourself?

Don't drink. Don't smoke. Try not to do drugs so much. I guess it's hypocritical in a sense. But I have low expectations of myself in this regard. I'm hoping people will be better than me, you see. I don't think it's hypocritical. I don't judge those harshly who fail as I often do. But I give the advice to overcome such urges maybe because I need it more than anybody.
