I don’t think it’s that black and white. A guy who is generous I have every wish to be able to return that favour so it’s not embarrassing in the slightest! However some other guys are very tight with money and expect more from others so in that case yes I’d be less inclined to help someone who’s also less inclined to help others themselves.
