My pitbull baby wines when I leave, and has mild destructive behavior. What can I do to fix this?

Unfortunately that is just a puppy thing. All breeds tend to do this but they eventually grow out of it.

I kind of figured as much but I just thought I'd ask. I know that with food aggression it's a pretty easy fix because all you have to do is hold the cheese stick for them when you get them while they chew on it.

When she turns a year and a half I was thinking of getting her a male pitbull so that she would have a playmate. I most likely going to get him when he's six weeks old so that way we can raise him from the ground up as well. My wife has already opted for the name. She wants to call him Xavier.

With the destructive behaviour you could try crating. Or at the very least, confining to an area with a gate and nothing fragile or valuable in there.
Some dogs are more mouthy and chew more than others. They need substitutes, like sturdy chew toys and teething bones from the pet store. (Don't give real pork bones. They get diarrhea from them. Must be beef, or manmade, which won't splinter for sure.)
You can buy a spray that doesn't taste good, and spray that on furniture legs, etc. Although I've also seen some dogs chew anyway, not being deterred at all by the taste.
The whining may be a problem with neighbours, but unless they're complaining, the puppy will learn to cry itself out. It has to learn that it won't be catered to every time it cries. Every living creature eventually has to learn how to self-soothe.
When you're home, try keeping a water spray bottle handy, and when it does something you don't like, say "No" firmly and give it a spray in the face. They learn quickly that way. But don't use it without good cause, or just to play. They'll get the wrong idea.
