Do you ever actively not try to look at yourself in a mirror?

This is a weird question, but this is something that I've started doing myself.

I'm just wondering has anyone else ever done this.

I’ll be honest sometimes if I catch a glance at myself in the mirror it ruins my whole day... We have got to learn how to love ourselves girlie!! If you catch yourself avoiding them maybe at home just study yourself for a while, get to know your feature and what you like about them ❤️
