Does anyone else have trouble forcing a smile?

I can smile naturally when I'm laughing or happy. But I cannot smile if I'm forced for like a picture or something. I've seen my natural smile and it looks fine but I just literally don't know how to move my face to do it manually.

Yes. For school photos it was always do awkward. Especially when they asked you to smile with your teeth
