He killed some nonces in prison with a sharpened spoon and confessed to the prison governor by handing his weapon in and say the role call would be 2 short... that was after the first incident of a siege where him and another prisoner took a nonce hostage and tortured him over the course of 12 hours until he died

He was why they designed and built the Wakefield perspex, a pair of highly observed cells for the most dangerous prisoners... it was at least in part in inspiration for Hannibal Lectors cell in Silence of the Lambs
