How many weeks paid holiday/ vacation do you get in your county?

In the US there is no rule on it. Companies can do what they want.

For people working in offices, two weeks vacation is common. It's common to have 6-7 paid holidays, but it's also common to have extra days that are not officially scheduled. For example it's fairly common to give two entire weeks off at the end of December, even though there are only two days offically.

Government workers, at both the federal, state and local level typically get more holidays. "Federal Holidays" apply to the federal government, but not to anyone else. Other levels of government typically get those days off. Unions also commonly get them off. Banks and schools are commonly closed on those days also.

In trades, very often there are no paid holidays or vacations at all. You get paid for when you work. When I worked in construction, if it was too rainy or too windy to work, we didn't get paid. We only got paid for when we worked.

Depends how many hours you work.

But its about 4 weeks, ~30 days on avarage.

I’m up to 5 weeks of vacation, plus two floating holidays. I get 8 additional holidays.
