Night owl, I have no idea on how to fix my sleeping schedule. I get off work at 9pm but next thing I know its 3am and im starting to feel sleepy 😪 Maybe I can be a morning person because i do like mornings but I lack motivation on waking up earlier than 10am.

You are also messing up your mental and physical health by doing so. Late nights now and then are not a problem. But maintaining that lifestyle, you're going to end up on crack, xanax or alcohol to knock yourself out in your 20's or 30s.

Nah the only reason your a night owl is because you stay on your phone all night because you have nothing to do but look at a small 6 inch screen and swipe left right down up, diagonal left, diagonal right, diagonal up and also diagonal down

Me too, I've always liked the night more. I like the vibe then. And I don't wake up bright eyed and bushy tailed most mornings. It's slow to get going physically, even if my brain is more awake.

I'm mostly a night owl too. Of course, I live alone with two cats, and we all know cats are nocturnal. Sleep all day and roam all night. Not mine. They both curl up with me on the bed when I lay down for any reason.
