Most Helpful Guy
So far, completed a half-marathon with just 4 weeks of training.
I focused on my goal every day, and at the same time promised myself that if I didn't feel absolutely right on the day, I simply wouldn't go through with it. I tried to keep myself free of the stress and pressure, by telling myself that I didn't *have* to do it. But I trained by walking/running 10km at a time, at least 4 days a week, and eating a very controlled healthy diet.
The main thing that I think helped, was that I focused on the task virtually every waking hour.
