Seems like lighter is better most of the guys here that are lightier can complete more push ups. It is an endurance exercise. When I was in high school at the age of 17 - 152lbs - 5'8 I could pull off over 100 push ups with perfect form. (did 110 for a SEAL challenge in high school) Now I'm about 5'10 at 175lbs, bench 275, and can do about 65 to 70 push ups but its pretty difficult. I'm trying to find the perfect balance of muscle and endurance. I want to do 100 push ups easy
