Well the way you say it! Sounds Mechanical! You cannot be Mechanical, in to saying I Love You!.
That is just comes... Natural... Yes could be a dinner, could be a movie, could be just a cuddle in bed, outside in the garden... anywhere... even by walking or sitying at a terrace having a coffee or a tea...
It will all come natural... you would feel when the "time is right"... Don't try to put it like in a celndar...😄😄, just be yourself.
