Where did you meet your current SO or partner?

I met her through a dating service before internet. There was a hallway lined with book cases. On was side were men's profiles, on the other side were women's.
Binders had A, B, C, etc. on them. Each one contained a bunch of profiles of people whose names began with that letter. Each profile had one page. On one side was a profile and on the other was a photo.
I would go through and flip through photos. If I liked a girl's looks, I would read her profile.
If you wanted to meet someone, you submitted a card. That person would receive the invitation and, if they were up for meeting, they would respond and you would receive their phone number.
I went on 6 dates before meeting my would-be wife. She almost rejected me because we didn't live nearby.
We met at a nice restaurant near where she lived. At first, even though she was pretty, she didn't match my perfect ideal as far as height, hair or manner of dress. But inside the restaurant, we got along fantastically. The conversation just flowed.
At some point, I felt something bumping my foot under the table and realized that a worker was vacuuming. We realized that the place was empty and they were closing.
