I think it depends on the person. But I will say this, while both Genders can do a great job, I'll give the edge to women simply because they are more patient, nurturing and able to include great detail. Where men could be quicker and to the point.

Haha I think both men and women write great advice but I personally enjoy reading women advice more. I don't know why I think I just see them as more kind sometimes.

I would say the person that is more experienced in the field they're giving advice about. And the person that is the better listener...

I guess it depends on the topic.

If the people are experts on a topic it doesn't matter if they are man or woman.
