I believe in 'fantasy fodder' "If she were MY girl I'd..." and near-instantaneous infatuation~
The closer her external appearance and playful mannerisms 'play into' his IDEAL desire the greater HER opportunity to 'sell' him into SELLING HIMSELF into her 'courtship' In EVERY relationship there is NEVER an equal emotional investment.
There is ALWAYS "the Beloved" whom is like an entrepreneurial drug dealer, their appearance and behaviors serve as stimuli to 'unlock' the release of "the Lover"s onboard neurological pleasuring pharmacology (Oxytocin, Dopamine and Serotonin) which are HIGHLY addictive. And, for which there is NO natural counteracting hormones.
This is 'why' jilted Lovers endure a neurological 'break up' "Cold Turkey" detox depression. The higher their former arousal the corresponding DEEPER their painful withdrawal.
A dubious 'work around' is the "rebound romance" wherein the Jilted seeks to find an alternate 'romance' to transfer their fixation upon regaining their hormonal release.
Just because you understand it... does NOT render you 'immune' TO it.

It definitely sounds nice, not needing the stress of who to date you just know when you meet them, so yes I kinda do.

I believe people experience that but I don't believe it has anything to do with some predestined eternal love or soul mates type of things.
Falling in love gradually is much more stable in long term than just seeing someone and falling in love.
