Get a roll of reflective ribbon tie it to the back of there vehicle and set the roll so it will bounce off at the first bump

If you want to be really mean and risk jail time take a grease gun and squeeze a line of grease on top of his windshield wipers so it smears all over his windshield when he goes to use them or behind his door handles

There is also saran wrap on the toilet seat or the airhorn chair
