I would say if those relationships didn't leave any scar and truly ended then it would not be necessary. Otherwise it would be important to establish "triggers" and "please never do".

Yes and no, it’s vital to have learned from those relationships and to discuss what you learned and what you need moving forward but you don’t necessarily need to go into every detail of the past relationships
