How would you handle a cheater?

Question

Story: Man and woman together from college 20 years. Man supported woman for 20 years and had 3 kids. Mans friend sent him a pic of a gang band his friend was at. Picture shows mans woman at the center. Man gets kids tested. Not his.

I would want to kill her for doing this but I wouldn't want to go to jail.

This is a prime example of how men are discriminated against. He was the victim of her cheating and now he LEGALLY has to financially support those children until they are 18 (who know when this will be raised to 21 or 25). If he doesn't he will go to jail.

We need to join together and fight against the laws that treat men as slaves in situations like this.

Agree with most of this but I don’t think he holds financial responsibility for the kids their not blood. Depending on the state everything might be split.

I am pretty sure that he is. Many cases like this ended up with the man being on the hook even after the shocking discovery that he is not the father

Although the children are not his, I don't believe that the feelings he had for them would go away so quickly after all. Besides that, the mother made the mistake, not the children, so why punish them?

Because their hers? I get what your saying but there no life with them that don’t include her. And to be frank every time I saw her ide consider slapping the hoe out of her so it’s best we stay away.

I wasn't thinking about child support or alimony but in the kids and the father bond. They are children, they don't have the same ability adults have to comprehend when someone that important walks out of their lives.

Also not his kids. Not his problem to fix. It’s not fair for the kids but what about what’s not fair for him. Does he have to live alone because he’s in contact with his baby momma and her kids for 16 years cause the youngest is 2? No woman wants that shit in their life.

Notice how I suggested that parents talk in order to find a solution and I never mentioned child support, so no. And if no woman wants "that shit" how can there be men who remarry when they happen to have children from other relationships? If the father interest for the children wellbeing changes so fast means he never cared to begin with.

Also the rate of divorce right nows 50% for first time marriages... for second time marriages it’s 70%... a woman don’t want to share and I wouldn’t share my woman with another man. You seem to think men have the options women do. Your average man can’t afford too many handicaps or they remain single forever and kids and a baby momma are big handicaps.

Cruel as it is it’s not my responsibility to support the kids. You didn’t once recommend she contact the actual fathers for child support or assistance. So ya it’s kinda got me ruffled.

I did not mention the biological father because for me what is being discussed here is the way the father chooses to punish his children for a mistake they did not make, how the father uses his partner's infidility to separate himself from those who up until that point were seen as his. And that's the real cruelty.
