my boyfriend if two years had a night stand while he was drunk. I decided to try and give it another chance. we are not in a relationship but we pretty much act like it. Whenever he says i love you I feel forced to say it back and it doesn’t feel reall anymore whenever he says that i think if what he did. Sometimes I act so mean and rude to him :( I feel so bad after. Am I on the wrong what should i do?

Maybe instead of continuing a toxic relationship, you should take your response as a cue to exit it. You clearly are blame-shifting and taking on the role of the wrongdoer while also taking on the responsibility of being the person doing harm to ignore your own pain.

Which is still abusive, mind you, I'm not justifying your actions, because you choosing to forgive doesn't give you the right to do the opposite and treat your boyfriend like shit. If his cheating hurt you to that point: move on. If you want to stay? It's time to learn how to get past it. Educate yourself. Seek counsel, professional or not.

You shouldn't feel forced to say it when it's just a situationship and not a relationship. If he cheated, he never loved you. I would say dump him. Because you will always be reminded of the things he did willingly with another girl and that's not a sweet dream
