It stays about a 7 to 9 EVERY day it all depends on what is going on and how many negative people I'm around and positive people I'm around I somewhat can control my own energy until my energy finds someone they can bring home lol, what I mean by that is I see things a little different him an Empath and I can take hurt pain sorrow from people ,, well I can't but my energy can. And the in brings it back to me
