No. Affection is vital in a relationship. Just as important as sex.

I'm not entirely sure tbh. I think that is an important and crucial part of being in a relationship but it's perhaps not the making of a longterm partnership. That's just one aspect.
I think if a person has a lot to offer but doesn't have affection in their life then it's not deviant. If they have nothing to offer and only want affection they aren't looking for a long term relationship theyre looking for a gap filler.
Relationship are complicated and they can grow from pretty much nothing I truly think it's the compatibility of the individuals involved

This reminds me of when i said i couldn't get a date once a woman suggested "get yourself a dog". As though getting a dog was going to fix my problem lol. That's like me suggesting a lonely woman "get a cat". And some do. But i'd be willing to bet most those women would trade rhat cat in a heartbeat for male companionship. No i don't think it makes you a deviant i think it makes you quite normal.
I think it's okay to want a relationship for affection I think we both need to look for a Christian girl whose into the same things similar as wanting affection?

I sure hope not. But if it does, then I guess I'm a deviant!

I'd say it would depend if it turns to selfish means or not.

That seems to be the main reason for a relationship so I'll say no
