I feel like my boyfriend takes his family and friends over me what should I do?

Should I let him know this bothers me.

Examples: when we go to his moms house he wants to stay over night and I usually dont. When it's time to leave he would want to stay.

Another instance it was my birthday yesterday and he left to go help a friend out. He left said hed come back but I said it isn't worth it. Help

I can understand the family thing. But going after a friend on your birthday is just selfish and disrespectful.
Your problems will only take a huge turn if the friends he favours over you is a girl. If there's no such thing, better to talm to him how you feel about this

He is allowed to enjoy time with his family, if he wants to stay the night at his family home its his own choice, the fact you dislike that is foolish and selfish.

It is also a good trait that he is helping his friend do something, just because it was your birthday does not mean he has to spend every minute with you.

From the sounds of it you are being unreasonable and very self centred, you do not have to be the centre of his world, every person has the right to a life outside their respective partner

Family should be !!! I think family should be everyone's priority!!! But not the same case with friends !!! Either family and u should be foremost priority but u cannot be after friends no matter what
