Kind, unique people who don’t crave attention, are quietly confident, think before they speak, empathise with those who, at first, seem like villains, have a selfless streak, want to keep improving themselves, don’t feel the need to be the best at anything or the most popular. I like people who don’t sneer at opinions they find beneath them, who try to engage with those who others choose to overlook, who have huge hearts filled with emotions and ideas but also the learned mechanism to hold back from spilling their guts right out onto the sidewalk, leaving everyone else to walk through their filth.
